My trip on a Contiki tour was great! The hotel was average. The breakfast was nice, and the staff were mostly friendly and helpful; although one server was grumpy. The location was so-so; not much around except local shops.

My group attended a convention nearby, so the location was perfect! Staff were super helpful, and while my room was spotless, some others in my group had issues. Breakfast was a highlight though, with so many yummy options!

Great value for money! It's a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Staff were incredibly helpful giving detailed directions, including emergency bus options during a strike. Breakfast was surprisingly good! Authentic Italian dining is close by too.
